Yes, we do ship worldwide. For information regarding our prices for international shipping, please go to the ‘Shipping’ tab on our product pages.
Am I able to return my watch?
We allow return of any items within 7 days of receiving them. Once we receive the item back we will provide you with a full refund or exchange of item. A refund or exchange will only be given if the item is in its original condition. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details as to where your returned item should be sent. The shipping cost of returning the item will be at your own cost.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Our watches come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. This does not cover any reasonable wear and tear that may occur from general use of the watch. Please email our team at email@example.com for further details as to how you may make a claim under your warranty.
How do I adjust my mesh strap?
The mesh strap is easily adjusted by using the small tool provided to lift open the clasp in the gap. Once it has been released, you can move the clasp up and down the strap to adjust it to your size. You then push the clasp back down to secure it on the strap.
Is the watch water resistant?
Yes, all of our watches are water resistant to 50m. This includes resistance to moisture. However, we would advise not wearing the watch in a hot environment such as a sauna.
